I have been in the real estate investment business for 35 years and over those years I have dealt with many different types of Realtors with varied levels of knowledge. Often these days many Realtors lack the depth of experience to adequately help increase my understanding of a project. I end up teaching them instead of the other way around. Bob and Rene ' have always made me feel comfortable with their level of expertise and their understanding of what needs to be done to get a sale to happen. Regardless of what the last thirty-five years have taught me, I normally feel that they will be able to help me see problems or solutions that I had not seen before. Over the years we have worked on tens of millions of dollars of projects and I believe everyone in the transactions went away feeling like they were involved in a win-win transaction. In my mind that is what a good Realtor is all about.
